we'll give you a nice break in hopes of fostering a new generation of comic
books readers/collectors. We also offer another 30 - 50 Super Specials every month at 50% off
too. Most other Marvel, DC, Dark Horse and Image comics are
35% off. Unlike other mail order services, we give our greatest discounts
on things you really want to read. Don't fall for the hype. All in all our discounts are the best in the industry. Go ahead

pleased. SALES TAX: Texas residents only will be charged the appropriate sales tax on all items ordered. SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES & FREQUENCY: UPS shipping & handling charges for all shipments with a street address (no P.O. Boxes) in the continental 48 US states. Most packages are sent UPS ground and are completely insured at no additional cost. Some small packages may ship by Priority Mail, Media Mail or Parcel Post through the US Post Office. The following charge will be added to your total when you finish shopping and check out.
If your package ships via UPS it will leave here during the first week of every month. Your package will contain all the items that have come in for you during the previous month and also items from the current week of your shipment. If your package ships to Alaska, Hawaii, FPO, APO, P.O. Box or any other country, you will be charged the above amount when you place your order. When your package is ready to ship we will refund the amount you paid with your order and your M & M account will be charged exact USPS, insurance and $3.75 handling for every box. If you order from us monthly you can catch up when you place your next order otherwise we will charge your credit card the amount due. Bi-weekly and weekly service is available to customers in the continental 48 states only. PAYMENT: All orders must be prepaid. Payment can be made with your VISA, Master Card or American Express at time of checkout. LEGAL CAPACITY: Customer represents that he/she is at least eighteen (18) years of age or if under eighteen (18) years of age, Customer represents that this order is placed with the express permission of his/her parent(s) or legal guardian(s) if under the age of 18. All merchandise is sold on a non-returnable, non-cancelable basis. M & M cannot be held responsible if a publisher changes the content or price of a listing. If a publisher and/or distributor fails to publish or deliver their product you will be issued credit to apply to future orders. Most cancelled items are RESOLICITED. If our solicitation says something like "Resolicited. All previous orders are cancelled." you will need to order the item again as you will have received a credit from your original order. Credit slips will be placed in your shipment and the amount of your credit will appear on your monthly statement. All credit vouchers are void ninety (90) days from date of issuance. Any package that is returned to us for any reason, will be held for a maximum of ninety (90) days after which time, if it is not claimed the contents will be given to charity.
