...I've said it before and I'll say it again, you guys do a terrific job. Even with the mail delay, the new books get to me so close to street date that, once my local comic shop catches up on all the money it owes me (way too long a story to go into), I may just shift completely over to mail service. My local comic shop, as I've also said, is all of two blocks from my apartment. That's how good a job y'all are doing! And a few months later Chuck writes... As of the current orders (shipping 10/09), M&M will become my primary source for my weekly four color fix. My LCS, all of two blocks from my apartment, hasn't managed to get the pull list right in months, that plus other consignment screw ups have me truly p*ssed off...A store should never take a customer for granted. I've been with this LCS somewhere around 15 years. You should take the compliment. It's a biggie.

I just wanted to say I like the way your site works and look forward to buying from you for a long time. Thanks,

...I had to write to thank you. (I was actually about to write two days ago to check if you were still going to honor my order for Cap #25, which I regret admitting because you haven't let me down in what - 4 or 5 years?) That's the reason for my note. Your email to your customers yesterday regarding the stunning news of Captain America #25 was as welcome as it was surprising. In the comic world stand-up-behavior like that is a bit too rare. I'm no expert but I bet many, many comic shops shorted customers on their Cap #25's only to bag them and put 'em out for 10x the cover price. Your announcement that everybody who ordered Cap #25 would get it no matter how much the market offered was like seeing a white hat in the wild west. Cap'd be proud.

By the way, in case no one said thanks on the Captain America's [issue #25], I feel you did a great service to your clients offering the reorders. I had several of my insurance clients call me for that issue [cause they know I am a comic freak] and you made me out to be a hero 'cause I could get them one! Thanks again for all your great service and help.

Your service to me is excellent, and the new web site is great! Very easy to use, and I really like the improvement. I am from Norway, a long way from the US, and I am here to stay with you, and will continue to use you as the only distributor as long as I read comic books. Best Regards,
Per A. B. - Norway
y'all are awesome as always!!! that's why i've been a customer for more years than i can remember.

By the way, I have been an M & M customer for almost 12 years. I first started purchasing from you guys when I was in Chicago for my medical residency. Needless to say, I have been extremely satisfied with your service and look forward to another 12 years.

First, I'd like to say that I'm thrilled with the shipment this month, just as I am every month. I feel the need to let you know that....
Gary D.
Just wanted to drop you a note to thank you for the free book package. It was awesome to look through and be surprised at the goodies, I felt like I was back at the 7-11 looking through their comic racks on a Tuesday. You guys are great!! Hope you are all safe and healthy,
Pat N.
On a different note, let me say how pleased I am with your service. Before I tried M&M, I experimented with different services. There was always some problem: either their product and shipping prices were too high, or they offered only a fraction of what was available. In the five years I've been using M&M, I have never once been disappointed with the securely-wrapped package that appears without fail on my porch the first week of every month. I love being able to order virtually any item from the Previews catalog. Every item I order (that has been released, of course) is in there, even the most obscure titles from tiny indies. In an age where simple competence is an increasingly rare commodity, M&M adheres to an old-fashioned "quality and service at a fair price" philosophy. Bravo, M&M! Please stay in business forever. Thank you,
Joseph St. L.
