I have been a customer with the folks at M&M for over a year now. I cannot believe the level of service provided by a mail order comic company. I was very hesitant at first since I mainly dealt with local shops. I find the discounts very helpful and the easy ordering software a plus. However, the people behind M&M are extremely helpful with any special requests and problems that I might have. Easy to order, easy to deal with and eagerly awaiting for my order to come in. First let me say that I've been a customer for nearly four years. That alone says I am very satisfied with your service. I have had only a few questions over that period and they have all been resolved in a simple fashion. My shipments come well-packed, complete (I think you missed a title only once in four years) and at a discount I can't get at my local store. I can also normally predict what day the UPS guy will come by. I'm a happy customer - I even enjoy Comic Comments.

Also, just because I don't think I've mentioned it before, let me tell you how pleased I am with your service. My biggest fear when I started with you was how well/poorly packages/product would survive the shipping process; that has been absolutely no problem -- compliments to your packer(s), one of whom was recently ill; I hope she has since fully recovered. My usual USPS delivery person has also been impressed with your packages, but I think that's mostly because of the weight involved.

As a collector, but most of all a comics fan, I have honestly lost track of how many years I have been buying from Mike & Maria. The customer service is great, including providing the best discounts on bulk monthly orders. The shipping costs have always been reasonable, and I can't remember ever having a package arrive late or damaged.
